Abstract:
A scroll compressor having a sealed-oil interception structure, comprising: a partition plate unit (116) which has an orifice by means of which an exhaust gas passes, and a first sealing surface (M1) located at a bottom side of the partition plate unit (116) and surrounding the orifice; a sealing assembly (S) which is arranged below the partition plate unit, and which comprises, at a top end thereof, a second sealing surface (M2) configured to surround a center hole of the sealing assembly (S), wherein the second sealing surface (M2) abuts against the first sealing surface (M1) to form a seal that separates a high-pressure side from a low-pressure side; and an oil interception device (F) provided at the orifice of the partition plate unit so as to intercept oil in the exhaust gas, and allow the intercepted oil to return and traverse the partition plate unit. The present compressor may re-introduce a part of lubricating oil to an inner part of a scroll and/or to a low-pressure oil pool side, thereby improving the compression performance and operating stability of the compressor, and reducing the oil circulation rate.
