Abstract:
A scroll compressor comprising: a stationary scroll (4) having a spiral section (4a); an orbiting scroll (5) having a spiral section (5a) and, combined with the spiral section (4a) of the stationary scroll (4), forming a compression chamber that compresses refrigerant; a main shaft (14) that transmits drive force to the orbiting scroll (5); an electric motor unit that rotates the main shaft (14); and a first balancer (27) for offsetting orbiting scroll (5) unbalance relative to the rotation center of the main shaft (14). The first balancer (27) has an outer cylindrical shape and comprises a high-density section (10) comprising a high-density material and a low-density section (9) comprising a low-density material having a lower density than the high-density material.
