Abstract:
In this compressor provided with an outer-rotor-type motor, an inclination when a stator is fixed is suppressed, and a decline in the performance of the compressor caused by manufacturing variations of products is suppressed. To this end, the compressor is provided with: a case forming an outer cover; a main frame fixed inside the case and having a bearing formed at the center; a stator having a substantially cylindrical shape and fixed to a lower section of the main frame; a rotor having an inner circumferential surface facing an outer circumferential surface of the stator; a crank shaft having an eccentric part formed in an upper section and having a part fixed to the rotor; a turning scroll connected to the eccentric part; a fixed scroll fixed to an upper section of the main frame and forming a compression chamber together with the turning scroll; a coil wound around the outer circumferential surface of the stator so as to generate a magnetic field; and an insulator disposed between the coil and the stator. The main frame includes a projecting part directed downward and having an inner diameter approximately equal to the outermost diameter of the insulator, and fixes, by use of the projecting part, the stator integrated with the insulator.
