Abstract:
A scroll compressor (1) comprising an electric motor (2), a fixed scroll (3), a swing scroll (4), a low pressure chamber (5) into which suction gas is introduced, and a high pressure chamber (6) into which delivery gas is introduced, wherein the electric motor (2) is received in the low pressure chamber (5), the high pressure chamber (6) having installed therein an oil separating means (7) for separating oil from the delivery gas, there being defined an oil supply path (8) for supplying the oil separated by the oil separating means (7) to each slide portion by a pressure difference, the swing scroll (4) having a back pressure chamber (9) formed in the back thereof so that the oil supply path (8) extends through the back pressure chamber (9), it being arranged that the oil pressure introduced into the back pressure chamber (9) urges the swing scroll (4) toward the fixed scroll (3).
