Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the reliability of a three-dimensional scroll compressor by improving the durability of tip seals of the scroll compressor. In the three-dimensional scroll compressor (10), a pair of scrolls (20, 30) comprises: wraps (21, 31) which decrease in height via stepped parts (21C, 31C); and end plates (200, 300) on which stepped walls (20C, 30C) are formed so as to rise in accordance with the stepped parts (31C, 21C) of the counterpart wraps (31, 21). An inner peripheral tip seal (41 or 51), which is provided on the inner side of the stepped part (21C or 31C) and interposed with respect to the counterpart end plate (300 or 200), and an outer peripheral tip seal (42 or 52), which is provided on the outer side of the stepped part (21C or 31C) and interposed with respect to the counterpart end plate (300 or 200), are made of materials with different properties at least at sections facing the respective counterpart end plates (300, 200).
