A scroll compressor provided with: an airtight container; a compression mechanism part for compressing a refrigerant, the compression mechanism part being provided with a fixed scroll and an oscillating scroll that are provided inside the airtight container; an electric motor part provided with a rotor and a stator for actuating the oscillating scroll, the electric motor being provided inside the airtight container; a shaft for transmitting rotation of the rotor to the oscillating scroll, the shaft being connected at one end to the oscillating scroll and connected in the middle to the rotor; a main bearing for rotatably supporting the shaft, the main bearing being attached to the electric motor part; an auxiliary bearing provided to the other end of the shaft, the auxiliary bearing having a tubular second radial bearing configured from a sliding bearing for rotatably supporting the shaft; and a sub frame provided with a tubular part in which the second radial bearing is arranged on the inner peripheral surface, the sub frame being provided inside the airtight container, and the tubular part being formed into such a shape as to be elastic so as to conform to the tilting direction of the shaft when the shaft rotates and tilts.
