Abstract:
The scroll compressor of the present invention is provided with: an airtight container; a fixed scroll which has a first winding protrusion and is disposed inside the airtight container; a fluctuation scroll which has a second winding protrusion, is disposed inside the airtight container and forms, between the fluctuating scroll and the fixed scroll, a compression chamber for compressing a coolant; a main shaft which has an eccentric shaft section for causing the fluctuation scroll to fluctuate; a slider interposed between the fluctuation scroll and the eccentric shaft section; a balance weight disposed on the slider; a tubular frame which has an annular thrust sliding surface for supporting a load that acts on the fluctuation scroll; and an annular metal member which is disposed on the thrust sliding surface, has an outer diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the thrust sliding surface and has an inner diameter that is smaller than the inner diameter of the thrust sliding surface.
