Abstract:
A scroll compressor, comprising a first scroll component (62) and a second scroll component (60). A first scroll blade (78) of the first scroll component (62) is engaged with a second scroll blade (66) of the second scroll component (60) to form a series of compression cavities comprising an intake cavity, multiple intermediate cavities, and a discharge cavity. A by-pass path (91) extends to pass through a first end plate (74) of the first scroll component (62). One end of the by-pass path (91) is in communication with an exhaust passage via a by-pass port (90), and the other end of the by-pass path (91) is in communication with the intermediate cavity. The position of the by-pass port (90) deviates from the position in the radial direction where the by-pass path (91) is in communication with the intermediate cavity. The configuration of the by-pass path (91) makes it possible to improve the freedom of design of the variable volume ratio of the scroll compressor.
