Abstract:
This scroll fluid machine (10) has a case (15), a stationary scroll (20) which is affixed to the case, and a movable scroll (30) which is disposed within the space S formed between the case and the stationary scroll and which rotates while being in contact with the stationary scroll. The movement of the movable scroll relative to the stationary scroll acts on fluid within an action chamber (11) formed between the stationary scroll and the movable scroll. The scroll fluid machine is provided with a flow regulation member (50) including a blocking plate section (55) which is located on a plane extending from a flat surface (sfb) of the movable scroll, the flat surface (sfb) being in contact with the stationary scroll, and which extends in a direction not parallel to the flat surface (sfb).
