Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a scroll-type fluid machine which is capable of minimising, at a low cost, the occurrence of abnormal noise, as well as reducing the PV value of a rotation prevention mechanism. [Solution] A rotation prevention mechanism (30) of a movable scroll member (3), said rotation prevention mechanism including: a circular hole (31) which is formed at an end plate (2a) side of the movable scroll member (3); pins (32) which protrude towards a thrust receiving section (17) side of a front housing (7); and a circular plate (33) which has eccentric holes (33a) and is housed in the circular hole (31) with a space provided therebetween. The pins (32) are fitted into the eccentric holes (33a) with spaces provided therebetween. SPOR < AOR < LPOR is the relationship between: a turning radius (AOR) of the movable scroll member (3), said turning radius being regulated by contact between both laps (2b, 3b) of a fixed scroll member (2) and the movable scroll member (3); a maximum allowable turning radius (LPOR) of a movable scroll, said maximum allowable turning radius being regulated by the space between the circular hole (31) and the circular plate (33) and by the spaces between the eccentric holes (33a) and the pins (32); and a minimum allowable turning radius (SPOR).
