Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve airtightness of an operating chamber without increasing the human resources needed for management. A tip seal 40 is set in such a manner that in at least part of the region from one end W1 to the other end W2 in the coil extension direction, the position within the tip seal upper surface 40a at which the upper surface contact part 40a1 that comes into contact with the bottom plates 2a, 3a is formed is offset in the coil radial direction R with respect to the position within the tip seal bottom surface 40b at which the bottom-surface contact part 40b1, that comes into contact with the bottom surfaces 2c1, 3c1 of the tip seal grooves 2c, 3c, is formed. The tip seal 40 has an elasticity which allows the site of a region to be deformed in the direction of extension of the coil central axis X2 if an external force is applied in the direction of extension of the coil central axis X2.
