Abstract:
A sea surface oil spilling monitoring apparatus and an operation method. The sea surface oil spilling monitoring apparatus comprises an emission station and a receiving station; the emission station and the receiving station are both movably floated on a sea surface (4); two movable devices are respectively provided with the emission station and the receiving station, and a laser (3) emitted by the emission station is received by the receiving station after being reflected by the sea surface (4). According to the monitoring apparatus and the operation method, a purpose of detecting a pollution condition of the sea surface (4) can be achieved by using a condition that reflection losses of the laser (3) passing through an oil pollution surface are different from those of the laser passing through a water surface. The present invention can implement detection and monitoring of a large-range sea surface (4), has a wide coverage range and is simple in operation.
