Abstract:

The present invention enables a seal inspection with a simple configuration, where the inspection can be performed with higher precision and in a shorter time than in the prior art. A seal inspection device comprises: a first jig 11 that has a port 101 which is surrounded by an inspection target 20 and a through hole which is connected to an external leak detection flow path 104; a second jig 12 that holds the inspection target 20 between the first jig 11 and the second jig 12; an inspection location sealing part 30 that, together with the first jig 11 and the second jig 12, makes into a closed space a space in which the inspection target 20 is disposed; a pressurizing valve 111 that connects the port 101 and both a supply source and an exhaust system for an inspection gas; a detector for the inspection gas; a first measurement valve 121 that connects the detector and the port 101; and a second measurement valve 124 that connects the external leak detection flow path 104 and the detector.
