Abstract:
Provided are a seal inspection device for a sealed container and a seal inspection method therefor, which achieve improved inspection accuracy and shorter inspection time.
A seal inspection device (1) is provided with: a support member (2) which has an opening (20) into which a container body (11) is inserted, is provided with a sealed container sealing member (21) on which a flange part (111) is mounted, and supports a sealed container (10); a closure member (3) which has a shape that forms a chamber (32), and covers the support member (2) with the a closure member sealing member (22); a pressurization means (4); and a leakage determination means (6) which detects the pressure of the pressurized chamber (32), and determines the presence or absence of leakage from the sealed container (10) according to the change of pressure drop after a lapse of a predetermined time.
