Abstract:
A seal management system for physical seals, comprising a seal storage terminal (1), a smart seal (2), and a backend server (3); the seal storage terminal (1) comprises an authorisation information collection module (11), a scanning module (12), a seal storage module (13), and a processor module (14); the authorisation information collection module (11) is used for collecting identity information of a seal user; the scanning module (12) is used for collecting pre-stamping image information and post-stamping image information of a stamped file; the stamp storage module (13) is used for storing and locking the smart seal (2); and the processor module (14) is communicatively connected to the backend server (3) in order to record the identity information of the seal user and the pre-stamping image information and post-stamping image information of the stamped file. Stamping operations are implemented by the stamp storage terminal (1), reducing the manual procedures for pre-stamping approval, and the stamp storage module (13) can only unlock the smart seal (2) after the identity information of the stamp user is successfully verified, increasing the security of stamp usage.
