Abstract:

Disclosed is a seal ring for a secondary battery cathode sealing body. The sealing body comprises: a cathode cap, a circuit board module and the seal ring. The circuit board module is a plastic flexible circuit board, and is compressed by the seal ring to be elastically deformed, so as to be stuck inside a battery housing. The seal ring is a flexible and elastic annular insulating cushion layer, and is arranged in gap between the battery housing, the circuit board module and the cathode cap. The cross section of the seal ring has a shape (I), one part of the shape (I) being used for fixing the circuit board module under the compression of the battery housing, and the other part being used for insulating the battery housing from the cathode cap and for sealing the cathode cap, the battery housing and the circuit board module. The part of the seal ring that is in contact with the inside of the battery housing has a circular arc shape, and is used for matching a circular arc structure of the battery housing. The part of the seal ring that is used for insulating the battery housing from the cathode cap extends higher than the battery housing by a certain distance, and is flush with the cathode cap, so as to prevent short circuiting of the battery during charging.
