A lid member (1) is provided with a tube-shaped section (1a) which is contained in an opening section (7), an outer flange section (1b) which closes the upper end of the tube-shaped section (1a) and protrudes to the outer peripheral side from the tube-shaped section (1a), and a seal member mounting section (1c) which extends downward from the outer edge of the outer flange section (1b) and on which an annular seal member (8) is mounted. A flange-equipped sleeve (9) comprises a sleeve section (9a) which is in close contact with a neck section (7a), and also comprises an inner flange section (9b) which is formed by causing the lower end of the sleeve section (9a) to protrude to the outer peripheral side so as to be in close contact with the inner wall of a tank body. The flange-equipped sleeve (9) consists of a resin having a higher heat resistant temperature than a resin which forms the tank body (2). When the opening section (7) is closed by the lid member (1), the tube-shaped section (1a) is contained inside the sleeve section (9a), the outer flange section (1b) is in contact with the upper ends of the neck section (7a) and the sleeve section (9a), and the inner peripheral side of the seal member (8) and the outer peripheral side (7ab) of the neck section (7) are in close contact with each other.
