Abstract:
Provided is a seal-type thermal transfer image-receiving sheet with which printing failure and cutting failure as well as conveyance failure can be suppressed. This seal-type thermal transfer image-receiving sheet has an overall thickness of 250 μm or less, and includes: a seal part with a laminate structure in which an adhesive layer, seal base material, and receiving layer are laminated in this order from the side of a mold release part; and the mold release part with a laminate structure in which a front-surface resin layer, mold-release paper base material, and rear-surface resin layer are laminated in this order from the side of the seal part. The seal base material and/or front-surface resin layer includes a layer comprising polyethylene terephthalate, and the total thickness of all the layers comprising polyethylene terephthalate that are included in the seal base material and front-surface resin layer is 50 μm or more. The total thickness of the seal base material and front-surface resin layer is at least four times larger than that of the rear-surface resin layer, and the thickness of the rear-surface resin layer is 20 μm or more.
