Abstract:
Disclosed are a sealant coating device, a working method therefor and a sealant coating apparatus. The sealant coating device comprises a nozzle (1). The nozzle (1) comprises an air intake portion (3) and an adhesive outlet portion (2), wherein an openable plate is arranged below the adhesive outlet portion (2), the openable plate comprises a plate body (6) configured to move horizontally between a first state and a second state, a through hole (8) is provided at one end of the plate body (6), and an ejection portion (7) is arranged at the position corresponding to the through hole (8) on the side of the plate body (6) opposite the adhesive outlet potion (2). When the plate body (6) is in the first state, the adhesive output portion (2) is opposite the through hole (8), and a sealant in the nozzle (1) is ejected through the ejection portion (7). When the plate body (6) is in the second state, the plate body (6) blocks the adhesive outlet portion (2) so as to prevent the sealant in the nozzle (1) from being ejected. With the openable plate, the adhesive ejecting state of the adhesive outlet portion (2) can be controlled timely and accurately, and accordingly the coating quality can be effectively improved.
