Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sealant for an organic electroluminescent display element, said sealant being easily applicable using an ink jet method, exhibiting superior low outgassing properties, and making it possible to obtain a cured product with superior anti-bending properties. The present invention is a sealant for an organic electroluminescent display element, said sealant containing a polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator, and having a viscosity at 25°C of 5 to 50 mPa·s and a surface tension at 25°C of 15 to 35 mN/m, wherein a cured product thereof has a Poisson's ratio at 25°C of 0.28 to 0.40.
