Abstract:

The present invention is a sealant shaping nozzle (20) for the sealing of an object (100) for which the cross section is step shaped, wherein provided are a shaping section (50) for shaping a sealant and a guide part (60) disposed at a position near the shaping section (50). The shaping section (50) has the following: a first contact part (51) that makes contact with the upper surface (111) of a step-shaped upper section (110); a second contact part (52) that makes contact with the upper surface (121) of a step-shaped lower section (120); a shaping surface (53) formed so as to connect the area between the first contact part (51) and the second contact part (52); and a sealant provision hole (40) for providing the sealant to a space surrounded by the shaping surface (53) and the object (100). The guide part (60) is provided with a guide surface (63) formed so as to make linear contact with a corner part (113) of the step-shaped upper section (110). As a result of this configuration, positional displacement of the shaping section can be prevented and variations in dimensions and shape can be suppressed.
