Abstract:
A sealed bearing which can bring a gap between a seal sliding surface (11) and a seal lip (10) of a sealing member (2) into a fluid lubrication state by a plurality of protrusions (12) of the seal lip (10). In order to achieve both the forming of the seal lip (10) and a further reduction of gaps (13) each between the protrusions (12), each of the protrusions (12) is provided so as to have a convex arc-shaped surface having a curvature radius (R) of 0.009 mm or more and less than 0.15 mm in a cross-section orthogonal to the seal sliding surface (11) and along the circumferential direction, and the protrusions (12) are provided such that a circumferential pitch (P) between the protrusions (12) adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction is 0.010 mm or more and less than 0.3 mm.
