Abstract:

Provided is an internal pressure inspection device of a sealed container having a lid part on the upper end part and/or the lower end part of the trunk part, wherein the lid part deforms because of internal pressure. A laser-type displacement sensor which projects a laser beam upon the lid part and measures the distance to the lid part is positioned to be relatively movable with respect to the lid part in a direction which is in line with a plane which is parallel to the lid part. This pressure inspection device is configured such that an integral value is derived from the relative displacement quantity between a prescribed reference site which is at a short distance from the laser-type displacement sensor or a prescribed reference site which is at a long distance from the laser-type displacement sensor and other reference sites, among a plurality of sites of a portion of the lid part which is more toward the central portion than a bonding part which unifies the lid part and the trunk part, and the adequacy of the internal pressure is determined on the basis of the integral value.
