A sealing beam for a door body of a refrigerating and freezing device, and a refrigerating and freezing device. The sealing beam comprises an outer frame and a semiconductor module. The semiconductor module has a refrigerating face and a heating face. The outer frame is arranged on the periphery of the semiconductor module, such that the refrigerating face of the semiconductor module is part or all of a rear face of the sealing beam, and the heating face of the semiconductor module is part or all of a front face of the sealing beam. By means of the sealing beam, when a traditional heating wire is subjected to condensation prevention, the cooling capacity lost near the sealing beam may be compensated, such that the indoor temperature of a storage chamber is better maintained. In addition, a protective face, a protective cover, etc. do not need to be specially arranged on a front side and a rear side of the semiconductor module, there are few structural components, installation is convenient, heat transfer is reduced, and the utilization rate of the heat capacity and the cooling capacity is increased.
