Abstract:

In a sealing device for an injection/extraction port of a liquid drug, the external diameter (D¿1?) of a plug body (1) made of an elastic material and having a linear cut portion (1a) or a slit portion (1f) formed vertically therethrough at its center portion is made larger by an interference fastening allowance than the internal diameter (D¿2?) of an injection/extraction port (2a) of a liquid drug or the like, so that the injection/extraction port (2a) is sealed up by press-fitting the plug body (1) therein to establish a fastening pressure in the cut portion (1a) or the slit portion (1f). This cut portion or the slit portion (1f) of the plug body (1) is elastically deformed and opened by the press-fitting of the leading end portion (3) of an injector or connector and is elastically restored to seal, as the leading end portion (3) of the injector or connector is pulled out.
