Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of rotary kilns, and relates to a sealing device for a pure-oxygen rotary kiln. The sealing device for a pure-oxygen rotary kiln is arranged on an outer side of a rotary cylinder body and comprises a tensioning device, a rotary cover body, a fixed cover body and a static friction ring cover body, wherein a brush and a fish-scale-type steel plate are arranged on an inner side of a sleeve of the fixed cover body; the rotary cover body is also fixed on the outer side of the rotary cylinder body, a dynamic friction ring a is fixed on an upper portion of the rotary cover body, and a dynamic friction ring b is fixed on a right side of the rotary cover body; the static friction ring cover body is also arranged on an outer side of the rotary cover body, and a static friction ring a and a static friction ring b are respectively arranged on a left and a right side of the static friction ring cover body; the tensioning device is mounted on an outer side of the static friction ring cover body, and one end of the tensioning device is pressed against the fixed cover body; and a packing seal a and a packing seal b are further arranged on an outer side of the sleeve of the fixed cover body, a spacer ring is arranged between the packing seal a and the packing seal b, and the pressure is adjusted by means of a packing seal pressure adjustment device. The present invention can effectively ensure the application of a pure-oxygen calcining rotary kiln.
