Abstract:
A sealing device for the straight edge end of the multilayer thin-walled corrugated pipe is composed of a machine frame (3), a clamping and walking part mounted on the machine frame (3), a supporting and guiding part, and a welding gun supporting board. The clamping and walking part comprises a walking motor (4), a walking roller (5), a clamping roller (23) and a clamping roller adjusting mechanism. The walking motor (4) drives the walking roller (5). The clamping roller (23) and the walking roller (5) are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. The supporting and guiding part is composed of a front guide wheel (1), a rear guide wheel (12), a front guide frame (2) and a rear guide frame (11). The front guide wheel (1) and the rear guide wheel (12) are respectively arranged on the front guide frame (2) and the rear guide frame (11). The front guide frame (2) and the rear guide frame (11) are respectively hinged with the front part and the rear part of the machine frame (3). Above mentioned device does not limit the height of the corrugated pipe to be processed, and the quality of the welded junction thereof is good.
