The present invention relates to a sealing device for protecting portable electronic apparatuses, wherein after placing a portable electronic apparatus inside a disposable vinyl pack, said sealing device can completely seal the vinyl pack so as to prevent water or foreign substances from entering the vinyl pack, in places such as a swimming pool or a beach, and allow the transmission of the sound from the speaker(s) of the portable electronic apparatus so as to pass through the vinyl pack or sound from outside to the microphone of the electronic apparatus in the vinyl pack. The sealing device comprises: an inlet for a pack provided on one side of a main body such that an opening part of the vinyl pack containing the item can be inserted into said inlet; an air suction unit which has a nozzle provided at the pack inlet part and inserted into one side of the opening part of the vinyl pack accommodating the portable electronic apparatus, which has a vacuum part connected to the back end of the nozzle so as to suction the air by means of the nozzle, and a nozzle drive unit which retracts the nozzle after sucking the air from the pack; and a thermal fusion unit that seals the opening of the pack from which the air has been removed by means of heating.
