Abstract:
In order to suppress noise while maintaining original sealing performance, this sealing device (80) is provided with a reinforcement ring (81), an elastic body (82) formed from a conductive elastic body, and conductive grease (G). The elastic body (82) comprises a base (31), a lip portion (35) extending from the base (31), and a tensioning member (38) that is an annular elastic member. The tensioning member (38) is mounted in a lip distal portion (36) on the outer periphery of the lip portion (35), and applies a tensioning force that pushes a lip contact end (36sp) towards the outer peripheral surface of a shaft. The conductive grease (G) is attached to at least part of the inner peripheral surface (83) of the elastic body (82) that faces the inner periphery.
