Provided is a sealing device that is capable of preventing deterioration caused by heat generation. A sealing device 1 includes: a holding ring 10 made of metal that has a ring shape around an axis; a seal lip 20 that is fixed to the holding ring 10 on the outer circumferential side, has a ring-shape around the axis, extends diagonally with respect to the axis, forms an end on the inner circumferential side, and includes, on the inner circumferential surface side, a seal section 21 having a first inner circumferential surface 22 that contacts an inner circumferential side member; and a conductive lip 30 that is fixed to the holding ring 10 on the outer circumferential side, that has ring-shaped electrical conductivity around the axis, that extends diagonally with respect to the axis, that forms the end on the inner circumferential side, and that includes, on the inner circumferential side, a contact section 31 that has a second inner circumferential surface 32 that contacts the inner circumferential side member. The seal lip 20 and the conductive lip 30 are disposed axially, with a space therebetween, in at least the seal section 21 and the contact section 31.
