Abstract:
A sealing film for solar cells, which can maintain excellent ultraviolet light blocking properties for a long time.
The sealing film for solar cells contains an ethylene-polar monomer copolymer, an organic peroxide and an ultraviolet absorbent, and is characterized in that the ultraviolet absorbent is a benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent represented by formula (1).
(In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms or a haloalkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms; and R2 and R3 may be the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms or an alkyloxycarbonyl group having 3-22 carbon atoms.)
