Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sealing packing member to be installed on a door or a window to prevent the ingress of air, flames, or water from the outside. The sealing packing member comprises: a water-swellable member, which swells when water is absorbed thereby; and a coating member covering the water-swellable member.
