Abstract:
A sealing structure of a conic valve is composed of a valve core with truncated reverse cone shaped (7), a valve body (6), a valve cover (3) and a valve rod (1). The conic valve has the valve cover (3), its valve rod (1) is interposed on upper surface of the truncated reverse cone shaped valve core (7). A valve plate (2) of the valve rod (1) is placed inside of the valve cover (3) and joints to the valve cover (3). A helical spring (4) for saving up energy is placed between upper surface of the valve core (7) and the valve plate (2). A self-repairing interstice is placed between undersurface of the valve core (7) and the valve body (6). A sealing loop (5) is placed on a combined part of the valve cover (3) and the valve body (6). The present invention answers to the purpose of two difficult problems of conic valve, which are sealing and transmitting of the valve rod and self-repairing of service wear of the valve core.
