Provided are: a low-cost sealing structure of a fuel tank, which is stabilized in the quality of a sealing structure portion at an opening portion of the fuel tank, while having improved mountability; and a vehicle which is provided with the sealing structure of a fuel tank. This sealing structure of a fuel tank (1) is configured by inserting a cover (3) that has a tubular portion (3f) into an inner circumferential portion (1b1) of a cylindrical portion (1d) that is formed near an opening portion (1k) of the fuel tank (1) so as to face outward, said tubular portion (3f) facing the inner circumferential portion (1b1), and setting a sealing member (2) between the inner circumferential portion (1b1) and the tubular portion (3f). The outer circumference of the cylindrical portion (1d) of the fuel tank (1) is provided with a projected portion (1a), and a lock portion (3r) that is formed on the outer circumferential portion of the cover (3) and the projected portion (1a) are affixed to each other.
