A sealing structure for a rear side door inner panel (1). The sealing structure for a rear side door inner panel (1) comprises a sealing strip guide groove (2) arranged on the rear side door inner panel (1), a plurality of profile positioning protrusions (3) that are arranged on the rear side door inner panel (1), match the profile of the sealing strip guide groove (2) and are used for being in lap joint with the sealing strip guide groove (2), and a sealing strip arranged in the sealing strip guide groove (2). The problem that the formation of positioning holes in a sealing strip guide groove and an inner panel of a rear side door reduces the sealing tightness, resulting in an increase of the risk of water leakage of a rear side door sealing system is solved; and the technical problems that the sealing strip guide groove is poor in positioning effect and easy to deviate during welding, resulting in an installation deviation of a vehicle door sealing strip, and the positioning hole in the rear side door inner panel needs to be plugged and blocked, resulting in an increase of cost are solved.
