Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sealing structure with which the number of components can be reduced and stability during sliding of a sealing part or a backup ring can be improved. To achieve this purpose, the invention provides a sealing structure for sealing together two members that move relative to each other, the sealing structure characterized in that a sealing part or a backup ring placed between the two members and a bearing similarly placed between the two members form an integral structure. The sealing part or backup ring is integrally provided to one or both axial-direction ends of the cylindrical bearing. The sealing structure is used as a piston seal or a rod seal in hydraulic equipment in which a piston is inserted through a shell or a cylinder tube.
