Abstract:
A sealing system for a crawler robot. The system comprises a sealing device body (1), wherein the sealing device body (1) is provided with a sealing groove (2), and a pressing plate (3) is provided on the sealing device body (1); a sealing ring (4) is provided inside the sealing groove (2), and the pressing plate (3) is located above the sealing device body (1); the sealing groove (2) is square, and the sealing ring (4) is circular; and a groove width adjustment assembly (5) is provided on the sealing device body (1), the groove width adjustment assembly (5) comprises a sliding groove (51), a sliding block (52) is slidably connected inside the sliding groove (51), a transmission rod (53) is fixedly mounted on the sliding block (52), and the sealing device body (1) is provided with a transmission groove (54). In the sealing system for a crawler robot, the groove width and height dimensions fitting with the sealing ring (4) are modified to increase the contact surface between the sealing ring (4) and the pressing plate (3) and can also ensure that a gap is present between the pressing plate (3) and a sealing surface, such that the sealing effect is significantly improved, and the requirements of dustproofing, waterproofing, spacing, etc. are met.
