Disclosed are a sealing system (10) and an electric vehicle (1) having the system, the sealing system (10) being used in the electric vehicle (1), which comprises a sealing pipe (1001) provided in a gap between a door (9) and a body (2), the sealing pipe (1001) having a hollow passage (10011) therein. The sealing system (10) further comprises a gas source (1011) which is in communication with the hollow passage (10011) of the sealing pipe (1001) and is used for inflating and expanding the sealing pipe (1001). The electric vehicle (1) comprises the body (2), the door (9) and the above-mentioned sealing system (10), wherein the body (2) is provided with a first installation slot (2021) for mounting the sealing pipe (1001), and the first installation slot extends along a part where the body (2) is fitted with the door (9). The sealing pipe (1001) blocks the gap, such that the sealing performance of the interior of the electric vehicle (1) is improved, the waterproof, noise isolation and dustproof effects of the electric vehicle (1) are enhanced, and the driving safety is improved.
