Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a seaming device with work to adjust clearances between each of a chuck unit (seaming chuck device), a first seaming roller and a second seaming roller can be carried out easily in a short time, with which a seaming cycle can be easily modified, and which is capable of creating a seamed sample can at a normal operating speed. In this seaming device, a seaming unit (130) carries out a seaming operation using seaming rollers (131), a drive source of an orbiting shaft (132) of the seaming rollers (131) is configured in such a way that the seaming operation can be controlled independently, and a drive output shaft (137) of a drive source (158) is linked to the orbiting shaft (132) of the seaming rollers by way of a ball spline (140).
