Provided is a seamless can body wherein formation of wrinkles can be prevented at a neck where a foaming ink layer is formed even if neck-in processing according to die neck processing is carried out, and also provided is a method of producing the seamless can body. A neck processing section (3) is equipped with a first region (11) consisting of foaming ink, and a second region (12) excepting the first region (11), wherein the border part (13) of the first region (11) and the second region (12) consists of at least one of (1) to (4) below in the plane development of the can body. (1) A straight line having an angle of less than 70 degree with respect to the circumferential direction of the can body (2) A straight line having a length of 4 mm or less and an angle of 70-90 degree with respect to the circumferential direction of the can body (3) A curve wherein the angles of tangent at the start point and end point are less than 70 degree, respectively, with respect to the circumferential direction of the can body (4) A curve having a length of 6 mm or less and the angles of tangent at the start point and end point are 70-90 degree, respectively, with respect to the circumferential direction of the can body
