Abstract:
A seamless ultrasonic filming trim and hot air fusion combine machine, and the machine has a filming device provided with an upper pressure wheel (5) and a lower pressure wheel (6) for pressing cutting piece, and a heating device (2,9) for heating a glue film (12) and the cutting piece, and an ultrasonic cutting device fixed by the upper pressure wheel (5) and the lower pressure wheel (6) which is comprised by an ultrasonic generator (14) and an upper cutter (13), and a removable folder (7,30) fixed at a cutting piece entrance defined by the lower and upper pressure wheels. The machine can perform the function of filming trim or fusion and switch them through changing the components according to the production need.
