Abstract:
A search-based webpage forensics method and device, a computer non-volatile readable storage medium and a server, wherein the method comprises: receiving a webpage forensics request sent by a terminal device (S101), the webpage forensics request comprises a forensics object to be searched, wherein the forensics object is a text object or a picture object; extracting the forensics object from the webpage forensics request, and determining the type to which the forensics object belongs (S102); if the forensics object is a text object, searching for a first webpage evidence in a network through a search engine, and collecting an image of the webpage where the first webpage evidence is located (S103); if the forensics object is a picture object, searching for a second webpage evidence in the network through the search engine, and collecting an image of the webpage where the second webpage evidence is located (S104). The described webpage forensics method and device, the computer non-volatile readable storage medium and the server can help a user to proactively collect evidences from massive amounts of network information, discover infringement behaviors in time, and comprehensively guarantee the user's legal interests.
