Abstract:
When a user has selected an item from a list of items selectable by the user, an item extraction unit (40) extracts at least one item from among the selectable items that have not been selected by the user. A word acquisition unit (42) obtains a word which is included in text information associated with the item selected by the user, but which is not included in text information associated with the item extracted by the item extraction unit (40). On the basis of the word obtained by the word acquisition unit (42), a search criteria setting unit (44) sets search criteria for searching for items similar to the item selected by the user. A search execution unit (46) executes a search on the basis of the search criteria.
