Abstract:
A search system is provided with: a reception unit 601 that receives an indicator for a specific sentence within an article; a search unit 602 that uses a first sentence, i.e., the indicated sentence as a search query to search for articles containing sentences having a meaning that is similar to the meaning content of the first sentence; and a display unit 603 that displays information regarding a related article that is a retrieved article having a relation to the first sentence. When there are a plurality of related articles, the display unit 603 displays the information regarding the articles while prioritizing articles in accordance with how large the difference is between said articles and a first article that is an article containing the first sentence.
