Abstract:
A seat adjustment device is provided with: a wire (11) which is connected to a load receiving section (6) provided within the backrest (3) of the seat (1); and a rotation body (12) around which the wire (11) is wound and which, when rotated, moves the load receiving section (6) in the direction of the height of the backrest (3). The configuration enables the position of the portion subjected to a load to be appropriately adjusted because the load receiving section (6) can be moved in the direction of the height of the backrest (3) by the rotation of the rotation body (12) around which the wire (11) is wound.
