Abstract:
Provided by the present application are a seat armrest and a seat, the seat armrest comprising an armrest support and an armrest cross bar; a first adsorption member and a first conductive portion are provided on the armrest support, the first adsorption member being connected to the first conductive portion; a second adsorption member and a second conductive portion are provided on the armrest cross bar, the second adsorption member being connected to the second conductive portion; and when the first adsorption member and the second adsorption member are adsorbed, the first conductive portion abuts the second conductive portion. In the present application, a seat armrest may be conveniently disassembled or replaced, and the machining and assembly, transport, and use of the seat armrest are extremely convenient, and adaptability is better.
