Abstract:

This switching unit for changing the arrangement direction of seats in the cabin of a vehicle is provided with: a support frame (3) fixed to a cabin and supporting seats (1); a rotation support frame (4) fixed to the support frame (3) and serving as the center of rotation of the seats (1); a seat mount frame (5) for fixing the seats (1); a linear guide (6) which is provided along the width direction of the seats (1) with respect to the seat mount frame (5) and guides the movement of the seat mount frame (5) with respect to the rotation support frame (4); a rotation locking member (7) which is provided to the support frame (3) and locks the rotation of the seat mount frame (5) due to the rotation support frame (4); and a seat fixing member (8) which locks the movement of the seat mount frame (5) with respect to the rotation support frame (7), wherein the arrangement of the seats (1) can be freely switched between a long arrangement and a cross arrangement, and, when being in the long arrangement, the arrangement intervals of the seats (1) in the vehicle travel direction can be freely adjusted.
