Abstract:
A seat capacitive sensor (5) based on a conductive fabric. The seat capacitive sensor (5) comprises: a first conductive fabric layer (1) and a second conductive fabric layer (3), which are located at an upper layer and a lower layer of a non-woven felt layer (2) and are respectively connected by using a binder, wherein the first conductive fabric layer (1) and the second conductive fabric layer (3) are formed by plating copper or nickel on fiber cloth by means of an electroplating process, and the thicknesses of the first conductive fabric layer (1) and the second conductive fabric layer (3) is less than 2 mm; the thickness of the capacitive sensor (5) is less than 4 mm; and the area of the first conductive fabric layer (1) is smaller than the area of the non-woven felt layer (2) and the area of the second conductive fabric layer (3). According to the seat capacitive sensor (5) based on a conductive fabric, the characteristics of a conductive woven fabric are used to construct the light, soft and low-cost capacitive sensor (5); and when the capacitive sensor (5) is applied to a vehicle seat, the state of the vehicle seat can be adjusted in real time according to a posture of a passenger, thereby improving the overall comfort of the vehicle seat. Further provided is a measurement method for the seat capacitive sensor (5) based on a conductive fabric.
