Abstract:
A crotch belt (20) that is a component of a body-restraining belt has an elastic plate (21) with bending elasticity and a buckle (22) attached to the fore-end of the elastic plate (21). One end of the elastic plate (21) is fixed to a fixture point (23) under a seat face (4). When the crotch belt (20) is not connected to a waist belt, the crotch belt (20) is positioned along and near the seat face (4) by elastic force of the elastic plate (21).
