Disclosed is a seat cover device provided to an automatic two-wheeled vehicle such that the end portion of a seat cover in a housed state does not vibrate. The seat cover device (20) serves to house the seat cover (27) for the automatic two-wheeled vehicle (10), and comprises a casing (23) wherein a slot (43) is formed; a roll-up shaft (25) which is rotatably supported inside the casing; a handle (30) equipped with a rod-shaped connecting section (81) and a gripping section (82), said connecting section (81) joined to the end of the seat cover that has passed through the slot, and said gripping section (82) extending in a bent state so as to connect to both ends of the connecting section; and a coil spring (26) which applies rotational force to the roll-up shaft in such a rotational direction as to roll up the seat cover. The casing is provided with a handle fitting hole (46) in each of the side sections of both longitudinal ends of the slot. The handle is provided with a handle protrusive section (83) at each of both ends of the gripping section, said handle protrusive section (83) being designed to be fitted into the pertinent handle fitting hole.
